You may request a return or replacement if:
The product received is damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The product is expired at the time of delivery
The item is unused and in original sealed packaging
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video) of the issue.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect:
Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products
Perfumes that have been sprayed or unsealed
Personal care items
Items without original packaging
Clearance or promotional items
To request a return:
Contact our customer support team with your order number
Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Explain the reason for the return request
Wait for approval and return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued only when:
A returned item is approved and received back (if return required), or
A complaint is verified without need for return (case-based)
Refund methods may include:
Store credit
Bank transfer
Original payment method (where technically possible)
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy rules.
Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable
Return shipping cost may be covered only if the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item)
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if there is evidence of misuse, repeated claims, or policy abuse.
